City of Orchestras is a collective headed by New York City native, Dylan Alexander Freeman, but was brought to its fruition in Los Angeles with fellow musicians from the California Institute of the Arts and other LA Transplants. It is a true testament to the power of collaborative improvisation.

Freeman’s musical background varies wildly from his involvement with various punk outfits, being part of backing bands for various pop singers, and being the lead guitarist in a group that had a song featured in the Oscar-winning film “Silver Linings Playbook”.
